Check out a few of our most common questions below from previous students and families. If you can’t find the answer you’re looking for, don’t hesitate to contact us and we’ll get you the information you need.

  • What books do you provide?
    Based on your child's interests, we create a list of age-appropriate books that we think your child will love. We will send you this list of books so that you and your child can decide which book(s) your child is interested in reading.
  • How do I access the ebook?
    Our readers use the "screen share" feature in the Zoom program to allow both the student and the reader to view the book at the same time.
  • How long are reading sessions?
    The length of reading sessions vary between 15-45 minutes.
  • How many books are read in one reading session?
    Typically, 1-2 books are read during reading sessions (depending on the length of the books and the child's interest/attention span).
